We provide free custom estimates. We do not “pull numbers out of a hat”, nor do we do square foot pricing. Your estimate is based on your project: the materials and the labor required to complete it. Estimates are free, unless they are required for an insurance claim or for a proposed real estate transaction. A small fee is charged that can be deducted from the cost of your project if completed.
